Do you have this item on hand? When you are ready to order, Southeastern's real-time inventory system makes it possible to quote on-hand inventory with a 95% surety. If an item is not available, we can provide a scheduled replenishment date, so you can determine if the date you would need your garments can be met. How long will this style be available to me? Our Continuity Policy is to make garments available for as long as the fabric or materials are available to us for fabrication. return to top
Will my garment order next season be the exact color as this year's? Southeastern takes the utmost care in matching fabric as closely as possible. However, Southeastern cannot guarantee exact dye lot matches on later, or fill-in, orders. Our experience has been that most slight variations will go unnoticed by performers or audience members. return to top
Can we have a dress exclusive to our group? While Southeastern is a catalog company given to it's own proprietary designs, we do have the capability to help customers who wish to modify one of our current styles in color, material or a slight design change. Note: The exception would be a school district with a large order for a "bid" dress; that is one where they stipulate the design specifications for us to fabricate a garment. return to top
What if a performer does not fit in your size range listed on your chart? Performers can have a Special Cut garment made to their particular measurements. If their size does not fit into one of our varied size ranges (too large, too small or uniquely shaped). Since we do not tailor, or "custom fit" each garment, these "special cut" garments are reserved for those who cannot find a fitting in the standard chart sizes. We also can provide Special Cut garments for maternity or special situations. return to top
I have a large order. Can I get a discount for quantity? Our catalog pricing is set to provide competitive, value pricing for a group of 70 or more. However, even larger orders will receive consideration for a discount or reduced shipping costs. A Customer Service Associate can not authorize discounts or volume cost pricing but can assist you in requesting specialized pricing. Are there special promotions that affect the price of garments? Southeastern is committed to giving the best value for all catalog items it offers. From time-to-time, even after publishing our catalog, certain garments may be available at promotional discounts. When a promotion-priced garment is available, our Customer Service Associate will automatically offer the lesser price. return to top
How do I clean and care for my garments? Each Southeastern garment has a tag attached stating the style number of the garment, the material from which it is made and the Care Instructions. Some garments require dry cleaning only, but many garments are washable and require little or no pressing. return to top
Does the garment arrive to me hemmed? Our garments usually have a serged hem at the bottom to avoid the unraveling of the material, but we can not ship your order pre-hemmed to your specifications.
Why? Different people, even though sized in the same size garment, have different proportions that affect the total length of the garment. Tummy, hips, and length of legs affect the garment for ladies and stride affects the length of men's pants. For tall individuals, Southeastern offers tall sizes for ladies 5'8" and taller and for men we offer extra long length sizes. return to top
How do I find out which size to choose? We make it easy to figure out just which size is applicable to the individual performer. Clearly marked charts and specific measuring instructions can be found in a central location in our catalog. These instructions for sizing, although not fool proof, should be consulted when determining the best sizes to order. How do I measure to find my size in your chart? Our sizing chart will not match the typical garment sizing found in a store. Sizes found in the Southeastern catalog are unique because of our 18 year history with performance fitting. You can rely on our experience in selecting the best size to order. For example, a size 06 dress from the Mall Dress Shop might not fit like our size 06 dress. And, the garments have a bit of ease built into the measurements, which allow for local alterations to be made, if necessary. return to top

In most cases across the U.S. and Canada, Southeastern Performance Apparel is a listed, approved vendor for schools. We have a department devoted to working with school districts nationwide in obtaining garment specifications, bid pricing and samples required for this detail-intensive process.
